Return and Refund Policy

Event Tickets

All event ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of event planning and associated costs (including venues, vendors, and staffing), refunds cannot be issued once a ticket has been purchased.

If Hazel J Events & Co. cancels or reschedules an event, ticket holders will be notified and offered:

  • Transfer to the rescheduled date, or

  • Credit toward a future Hazel J Events & Co. event

No cash refunds will be issued.


Ticket Transfers

Ticket transfers may be permitted on a case-by-case basis.

Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the event start time and are subject to approval. Tickets may not be resold for profit.


Client Services & Bookings

Payments made for client services, including event coordination, planning services, consultations, and custom bookings, are non-refundable.

Time and resources are allocated immediately upon booking. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.


Rescheduling Client Services

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. One reschedule may be allowed at our discretion.


Physical Products (If Applicable)

If Hazel J Events & Co. offers physical products, we accept exchanges only within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Event tickets

  • Client services and consultations

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Personal care or wellness products (if applicable)


Damaged or Incorrect Items (Physical Products)

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect physical item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.


Digital Delivery

Event tickets, service confirmations, and digital products are delivered electronically via email. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout.


Wellness & Experience Disclaimer

Some events and services may include wellness-based experiences. These offerings are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.


European Union Consumers

Physical goods shipped to the European Union may be eligible for the 14-day cooling-off period where applicable. Digital products, event tickets, and services are exempt once delivery or participation has begun.
