Processing & Booking Policy
All event ticket purchases and client service bookings are processed upon successful payment.
For client services (event coordination, planning services, consultations, or custom bookings), confirmation details, next steps, and scheduling information will be sent via email within 1–3 business days of booking.
Please ensure the email address provided at checkout is accurate, as all communication will be delivered electronically.
Digital Delivery Policy (No Physical Shipping)
Hazel J Events & Co. does not ship physical products at this time.
All event tickets, booking confirmations, contracts, invoices, and service-related materials are delivered digitally via email.
If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
Event Ticket Refund Policy
All event ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of event planning and associated costs (venues, vendors, staffing), refunds cannot be issued once a ticket has been purchased.
If Hazel J Events & Co. cancels or reschedules an event, ticket holders will be notified and offered:

Transfer to the rescheduled date, or
-
Credit toward a future Hazel J Events & Co. event
Client Services Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payments made for client services (including event coordination, planning services, and consultations) are non-refundable, as time, preparation, and resources are allocated immediately upon booking.
If you need to reschedule a consultation or service:

Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance

One reschedule may be permitted at our discretion
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
Ticket & Service Transfer Policy
Event tickets may be transferable depending on the event and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the event start time.
Client service bookings are non-transferable.
Event Attendance & Client Conduct Policy
Guests and clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward Hazel J Events & Co., vendors, and other participants.
Hazel J Events & Co. reserves the right to refuse service or remove attendees due to disruptive or unsafe behavior, without refund.
Wellness & Experience Disclaimer
Some events and services may include wellness-based experiences such as sound healing, mindfulness practices, or holistic services.
These offerings are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Participation is voluntary and at the attendee’s or client’s discretion. Please consult a healthcare professional if you have health concerns.
Health & Safety Policy
By attending an event or booking services with Hazel J Events & Co., you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with in-person gatherings.
Guests and clients are encouraged to refrain from attending if feeling unwell. All sales are final.
